Dunkiel Saunders is excited to announce that as of February 1, 2023, our firm will now be known as SRH Law – Saunders Raubvogel + Hand. SRH Law will continue to provide quality legal advice and counseling to clients who share our dedication to making a difference in the community.
“Changing our name to SRH Law reflects the evolution of the firm,” remarked Andy Raubvogel, Managing Partner. “Our focus on the values-led work that has distinguished our firm over the past 22 years remains the same, and we look forward to continuing to assist clients in meeting their objectives.”
Brian Dunkiel, who co-founded the firm, is stepping away to serve as General Counsel of the electric aviation company Beta Technologies. “Brian’s move to Beta is an extension of his dedication here at the firm to helping businesses and other entities positively impact their communities and the environment,” noted Raubvogel. “We support Brian pursuing this opportunity and look forward to seeing Beta succeed in its increasingly important role in Vermont.”
Brian reflected that “the work we have done as a firm has had a positive, meaningful impact on our community and its success has far exceeded my most ambitious hopes. The partners, attorneys, and staff at the firm are all strongly committed to the underlying values that make SRH Law so unique, and I know the firm will continue to thrive and support the diverse needs of its clients.”
SRH Law is also pleased to announce that Partner Vic Westgate will be leading its advertising and marketing practice. Vic has extensive experience in developing strategies to help businesses and organizations effectively communicate the value of their products to consumers. She works with socially responsible businesses to ensure the accuracy of marketing claims, including compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Green Guides, in order to help achieve environmental performance and corporate standards. Vic also works with companies to register, report, and monitor commercial co-ventures.
“Vic is an exceptional lawyer and problem solver who is dedicated to helping companies and organizations that are focused on the development of socially-beneficial consumer products,” said Raubvogel. “We are confident that this practice area will continue to grow under her guidance.”
Finally, SRH Law welcomes Megan Noonan as an associate attorney. Megan is a 2020 graduate of Vermont Law and Graduate School. Before joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Paul L. Reiber, Chief Justice of the Vermont Supreme Court. Her practice will focus on transactional and corporate law, and affordable housing.
“Megan’s interest in sustainable and accessible communities is a great fit for the mission-driven work we do at SRH Law,” said Partner Drew Kervick.
Whether it be helping to reduce greenhouse gases through renewable energy, transforming our communities to become more affordable or fostering corporate stewardship with an enduring commitment to social and environmental performance, SRH Law is dedicated to supporting our clients in achieving their goals with creativity and integrity.
