Dunkiel Saunders and Community Health Centers of Burlington invite you to join us for the fourth annual Art+Soul celebration on June 11, 2015 from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. The evening celebration will feature artwork by local artists inspired by the mission of Community Health Centers of Burlington. The event takes place at the law offices of SRH Law, 91 College Street, Burlington, VT.
Please RSVP by June 3rd on Facebook, or by emailing Ki McClennan.
EVENT BACKGROUND
At SRH Law, we feel privileged to have the opportunity to work with people across Vermont who are engaged in creative and meaningful enterprises that make a real difference in our communities. Helping these inspiring individuals, nonprofits, and businesses succeed is what makes the practice of law so fulfilling for all of us.
We’ve created Art+Soul to celebrate their good work, raise money for great causes, and help people forge new connections in Vermont’s vibrant creative economy. Each year, Art+Soul benefits a different local nonprofit and features local art inspired by, or connected to, the nonprofit’s mission. All art will be sold, and proceeds from art sales will be split between the artists and the nonprofit.
2015 BENEFICIARY
This year, the event will benefit Community Health Centers of Burlington and will feature artwork inspired by their mission. For over four decades, the Community Health Centers of Burlington’s mission has been to provide quality, affordable medical, dental and counseling services to all people, regardless of ability to pay or life circumstances. Services are offered in an environment that conveys respect, offers support, and encourages people to be actively involved in their own health care.
COME CELEBRATE!
The first three years of Art+Soul were a huge success and we hope you’ll join us again this year on June 11, 2015 from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. at our office at 91 College Street in Burlington. Come out to celebrate, make some new connections, and enjoy Burlington at its best during the Discover Jazz Festival. Listen to the great sounds of Red Hot Juba as you take in the art and support Community Health Centers of Burlington’s good work.
