SRH Law attorney Justin McCabe attended the recent hearing for the Vermont patent troll case. There were two motions before the court, the MPHJ Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and the State’s Motion to Remand. In his blog article, “Game On – State of Vermont and MPHJ Spar in District Court,” Justin explains the arguments by the State and by MPHJ and how he believes the case will unfold.
“Thus, it was readily apparent that the Court was not ready to rule on this issue and what that effectively means is that this case will go on, regardless of the decision on the motion to remand.”
