Geoff Hand, together with a panel of state experts, presented a CLE at the Vermont Attorney General’s office this week on Act 250, Vermont’s land use and development law.
Geoff’s presentation provided an overview of the land use permitting process in Vermont, described the key steps in preparing an Act 250 application, and provided an overview of Environmental Court procedures, and how to manage multiple consolidated appeals.
