Megan supports the firm’s transactional and regulatory practice areas, including nonprofit governance, community development and affordable housing, and advertising and marketing. Driven by a passion for sustainable communities, she takes pride in helping our clients make Vermont a vibrant and accessible place for all.
Before joining the firm, Megan clerked for the Honorable Paul L. Reiber, Chief Justice of the Vermont Supreme Court. She graduated from Vermont Law School in 2020. During her time there, she interned for the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, served as managing editor of the Vermont Law Review, and worked with the Appellate Advocacy Project.
Prior to her career in law, Megan gained experience in the nonprofit world, advocating for expanded voting rights and ethics reform in Montpelier and directing statewide canvassing campaigns. She earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and political science from the University of Vermont.
Megan lives in Waterbury with her husband, Lewis, their dog, and two cats. Outside of the office, you can find her hiking across northern New England or curled up with a good book.
