Suzanne Schipper
BookkeeperSuzanne joined the firm in 2016 as Bookkeeper. She returned to Vermont in 2015, after five years in northern California, to be “Oma” to her grandchildren, and feels so fortunate to have done so. Although she graduated from Combs College of Music with a degree in Music Therapy, the profession that has become her life is accounting and bookkeeping. She has worked mostly in non-profits and renewable energy companies and thrives on being part of a team that specializes in green and civic activities.
Suzanne lives in the mountains of Jeffersonville with her family and an assortment of animals.

Elsie Goodrich
PRACTICE SUPPORT MANAGER & PARALEGALElsie joined the firm as the Office Coordinator in 2018, and became a paralegal in 2019. Originally from New Hampshire, she graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.A. in History and English in 2012. Before coming to SRH Law, she spent many years working for public and academic libraries around Vermont, organizing community events and reading story times for children. Elsie currently serves as the Secretary to the Winooski Development Review Board, and Treasurer to the Vermont Paralegal Organization.

Olivia Voth
ParalegalOlivia joined the firm in 2023 as the Energy and Environment paralegal. As a lifelong Vermonter, Olivia grew up skiing in the Green Mountains and sailing on Lake Champlain, where she developed her passion for environmental protection.
She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2022 with a degree in Political Science and Gender Studies and is excited to begin her legal career with SRH Law. Olivia can be found outside in Vermont during every season, often in the firm’s courtyard with her laptop.

Heather Bushey
Office CoordinatorHeather joined the firm in 2023 as the Office Coordinator. She earned her BS from Champlain College and her MS in Psychology from Capella University. Before joining SRH Law, Heather was the Operations Manager at an independent school for several years and was responsible for managing the daily operations and maintaining the systems of the buildings. Heather’s strength is administrative support, and she is excited to take on this role in a new environment.
Heather lives in a small town in northern VT and enjoys spending time outside and taking in the wonderful views that Vermont has to offer.

Bryan Cooke
Information TechnologyBryan joined the firm in 2012 as its Information Technology Specialist. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Castleton University and a Master’s certificate in Web Development from Champlain College. Bryan has a great deal of expertise in many technical areas, from software and systems support and maintenance, to web development, systems analysis & design, and database administration.
Bryan was born and raised on a dairy farm in Bridport, Vermont, where the cows were happy to teach him patience and empathy. In this town that still has more cows than people, he gained a deep appreciation for the environment and hard work.
